Cancellation policy
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
- 14-day returns: You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- Conditions: Items must be unopened and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Exceptions: Opened or damaged items, custom-made products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Return process: Email us at flash@brickworld.be. You will receive a return label and instructions. Returns made without prior notice will not be accepted.
- Return address: Lage Kaart 71A, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium.
- Damage or incorrect delivery: Contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.
- Refunds: Upon approval, we will process your refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Custom Products / Services:
Products or services that are custom-made specifically for you, such as the creation of a personalized PDF building guide for LEGO Wall Art, are not eligible for return. Once the custom service has started or been executed, the fees for it cannot be refunded.
Governing Language & Interpretation
The Dutch version of these Terms & Conditions is the sole binding and official text. In the event of any discrepancy, error, omission, or contradiction between the Dutch version and this English translation, the provisions of the Dutch version shall prevail, and no liability can be claimed against Brickworld based on the English version.
