Refund policy
General
We have a 30-day return policy. You may request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order, unless exceptions apply, such as custom or personalized products.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received: undamaged, unopened, and unused, in the original packaging.

You must provide a proof of purchase or receipt.
Return procedure

Returns must be sent to:

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damage or wrong delivery
Check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. We will provide an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Pre-loved LEGO, retired sets, opened or damaged items

Discounted items and gift cards

Personalized products or services (e.g., custom PDF building guides for LEGO Wall Art)

Exchanges
The quickest way to get another item is to return the current one and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
For deliveries within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.
The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded automatically via the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take longer to process the refund.
