3. Orders
Orders can only be placed online via www.brickworld.be. You can select products and add them to a virtual shopping basket via the "Add to Cart" button. If the “Add to Cart” button is replaced with a “Buy it Now” button, you can process the order by clicking the “Buy it Now” button, you'll be sent to the payment page in order to complete the purchase.
We do not sell products through the LEGO Shop website to individuals who are under 18 years old or who do not possess full legal capacity. If you are under 18 years old or do not possess full legal capacity, you may browse the LEGO Shop website under supervision and with the consent of your parent or guardian, but you are not permitted to complete a purchase or have your name included in the billing details.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout. Payments must be made securely online using the available payment methods.
You will have the opportunity to review, correct and delete your data before you place the order. By clicking on the "Buy" button you are making a binding offer to purchase the products you have added to the virtual shopping basket.
Once you have ordered your products in the LEGO Shop, we will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt. This does not mean that the order has been accepted.
When you place your order with us, you are making an offer to buy, which is accepted by us when you receive a shipping confirmation email confirming the details of the ordered products, your online payment and delivery. It is, therefore, essential that you submit an accurate email address when placing your order.
5. Delivery, Inventory, and Shipping
Deliveries are sent to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. We aim to process and ship orders within 3 working days.
We cannot guarantee that all the ordered products are available in our inventory at all times. We will inform you as quickly as possible if a product is not available or cannot be delivered on time. If the product will not be available in the foreseeable future, we reserve the right not to accept your order.
You can request delivery to an address other than your billing address. In this case we will not include the price or billing details to the delivery address, since we will assume that the delivery is a gift to the recipient. Your pricing information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
If you return a product in accordance with your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a refund within 14 calendar days after Brickworld has received and inspected the item. The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in good condition. Brickworld reserves the right to refuse a refund if we suspect the product has been opened, used, damaged, or is not in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Custom Products / Services:
Products that include personalized services, such as the creation of a PDF building guide for custom LEGO Wall Art, are considered custom-made or service-based products. The cost of these services cannot be refunded, even if the physical product is returned, once the service has been performed or processing has started.
7. Account Suspension, Access Blocking or Canceling and Rejecting Orders
Brickworld reserves the right to reject, hold, suspend, or cancel any account or order at our sole discretion. Our goal is to give all LEGO fans a fair chance to access our products, including rare and retired sets. To protect both our customers and platform, we use fraud detection tools to monitor activity. If we suspect fraudulent behavior or abuse of our systems, we may cancel your order or deactivate your account without prior notice.
To maintain fairness, we also enforce purchase limits and have guidelines around services such as missing parts or promotions. We may take action, including cancelling orders or accounts. If we believe you are:
- Placing multiple orders to bypass product limits
- Abusing services (e.g., filing false claims)
- Engaging in or attempting fraudulent activity
- Threatening the integrity or functionality of Brickworld.be
- Violating any other published terms or policies
Thank you for helping us keep Brickworld fair, secure, and accessible to all LEGO fans.
