Cancellation policy
30-day returns: You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions: Items must be unopened and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Exceptions: Pre-loved LEGO, retired sets, opened or damaged items, discounted products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Return process: Email us at flash@brickworld.be. You will receive a return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.
