At Brickworld, we ensure fast and reliable delivery of your LEGO® sets. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within the Benelux and the European Union, so your purchase arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Delivery
All LEGO® sets from Brickworld are shipped from Belgium and packaged with the utmost care. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days , so you'll receive your purchase quickly.
Delivery is via DPD , a reliable shipping partner within Europe. Orders over €150 enjoy free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands; orders below this amount are subject to a flat rate.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll always receive a Track & Trace code so you can easily track your package. Brickworld delivers to the Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Portugal . Is your country not listed but you'd still like to order a set? Feel free to contact us ; we're happy to see how we can safely deliver your desired LEGO® set to you.
Return
At Brickworld, you have a 30-day return policy after receiving your order. This way, you can order with peace of mind.
To ensure a smooth return, we ask that items be returned unopened and in their original packaging , along with proof of purchase. Pre-loved LEGO® items, retired sets, opened or damaged items, discounted items, and gift cards are excluded from returns.
You can easily request a return by emailing us at flash@brickworld.be . You'll receive a return label and clear instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that haven't been registered in advance.

Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Contact us immediately , and we'll ensure a quick and correct solution. After your return is approved, we'll refund the amount via your original payment method within 10 business days .
