Delivery

• Fast Shipping : Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days .
• Delivery : delivery via Bpost / PostNL / DHL (depending on country).
  
• Shipping costs : free shipping from €150 (BE & NL), below that there are fixed shipping costs.
  
• Track & Trace : you will always receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
  
• International delivery : also shipping to other EU countries, shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Return

• 30-day return : You have 30 days after receipt to request a return of your order.
• Conditions : Items must be unopened and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  
• Exceptions : Pre-loved LEGO, retired sets, opened/damaged items, discounted items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
  
• Returns process : Email us at flash@brickworld.be . You will receive a return label and instructions. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
