Track & Trace : you will always receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
International delivery : also shipping to other EU countries, shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Return

30-day return : You have 30 days after receipt to request a return of your order.
Conditions : Items must be unopened and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Exceptions : Pre-loved LEGO, retired sets, opened/damaged items, discounted items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Returns process : Email us at ask@brickworld.be . You will receive a return label and instructions. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
